Business Information: Business name, industry, Google Place ID, and review management preferences you provide to configure the Service.
Review Data: We access publicly available Google reviews for your business to generate AI-powered reply suggestions. We store the review text, reviewer name, rating, and the generated replies.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, DodoPayments. We do not store your credit card number or bank details. We receive and store a customer ID and payment ID from DodoPayments.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including reply counts, feature usage, and interaction patterns.

- Clerk — for authentication and user management
- DodoPayments — for payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — review text is sent to generate replies (no personal data beyond review content is shared)
- Google APIs — to fetch publicly available reviews and, when authorized, post replies on your behalf
- Twilio — to deliver WhatsApp notifications, if configured
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. Review data and generated replies are kept to provide historical context and improve the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database access is restricted and credentials are stored securely. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
