1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReplyTheReview service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyTheReview is an AI-powered tool that helps businesses manage and respond to online reviews. The Service generates suggested replies to customer reviews using artificial intelligence, monitors review platforms, and provides reputation management features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. New users receive 30 free credits on sign-up. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time credit packs through our payment processor, DodoPayments.

  • Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • Credit purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions.
  • Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
  • 1 credit = 1 AI-generated review reply.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Usage and Credits

Each AI-generated reply consumes 1 credit from your account balance. Credits are deducted when a reply is generated. If your credit balance reaches zero, you will need to purchase additional credits to continue generating replies.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Replies generated by the Service are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
  • You retain full responsibility for any content you post using our suggestions.
  • The Service should not be used to generate misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Post fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews or replies
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided APIs
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ReplyTheReview. You retain ownership of your business data and content. AI-generated reply suggestions are licensed to you for use in responding to your business reviews.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Clerk, DodoPayments, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyTheReview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
